I found myself working in a kitchen at age 13 and it has been my passion ever since. I followed my career path to culinary school at Johnson and Wales. Life has brought me to chef in some of the finest restaurants along the coast of southern Maine, now in Missoula, Montana. Cycling has always been my other driving lifestyle and love combining two passions by working at the Cycling House.

What is the best thing about working at The Cycling House?

I love the combination of connecting with people that love cycling and good food.

Do you have a favorite ride?

A fall afternoon ride in the Rattlesnake area just North of Missoula.

What is the most memorable day you’ve ever had on the bike?

My best day on a bike was in Camden, Maine. Trails at the Camden Snowbowl area have great views of the bay that later that day we sailed in.
