Online Store Associate

Time: 40hrs per week, 9-5pm, m, t, w, th, f, potential weekends

Pay: $10 per hour, with $15,000 bonus potential

The Cycling House is a bicycle travel and online retail store based in Missoula, MT.  The focus is on serious cyclists and boutique cycling products.

The Cycling House is looking for an Online Store Associate to help run the day to day store operations.  This is a 40 hour a week, hourly pay position, based in the Missoula Offices.  This position will work and report to the Director of Operations.

Responsibilities:

– Answering and taking customer inquiries and orders via phone and email.  Handling all customer service related issues

– Order fulfillment, inventory management, shipping and receiving (USPS, Fedex).

– Data entry and day to day financials (Quickbooks, Volusion).

– Daily content for online store website, blog, and social media.

– Managing a Google Adwords Campaign.

– Vendor management, working with 10+ vendors on ordering, pricing, & msrp.

– Overall store website appearance; update photos, stay up on pricing and specials.

– Keeping a pattern of increased growth.

Qualifications:

– Can-do attitude, willingness to dive in, self-starter, quick learner

– Cycling experience

– Customer focused attitude

– Computer savy, all Google Products, Quickbooks, Online Commerce is a bonus
