We know you’re busy and don’t want to deal with all of the logistics that come with setting up your own winter riding getaway. At the Cycling House, you don’t have to worry about finding good food, lining up the right accommodations or knowing the best ride routes. At our winter camp in Tucson, our goal is to take care of the details and let you focus on riding your bike and having fun (and swimming and running for the triathlon folks).
For the past 10 years we’ve run our winter cycling and triathlon camps in Tucson, AZ. Tucson is the original camp location and it’s where it all started for the Cycling House. We found Tucson to be the ideal winter riding getaway for a few reasons. First of all, Tucson has a variety of ride options including Gates Pass and Mount Lemmon. With the assortment of big climbs (6000+ feet elevation gain on Lemmon), punchy climbs to rollers or flat rides, make it the perfect place for a week of cycling or Tri training. Secondly, with temps in the 60s, 70s and 80s and an almost guaranteed sunny forecast, it’s easy to get excited about escaping the cold winters of Northern US and Canada.
At our Tucson 2015 camps, we have specific climbing camps, triathlon camps, base miles camps and Ironman long distance training camps. These camps will be for a range of ability levels: Beginners and entry level athletes to aspiring pros. Contact us to find the best trip for you.
We have the experience and knowhow to always deliver an amazing winter cycling and triathlon training experience. Call us at 406-219-1318 or checkout the Tucson website to find the best Tucson camp for you.
We look forward to hearing from you!
