For 2013 Cycleops Powertap has added a couple models of Enve rimmed G3 hubbed wheelsets. There are some interesting choices made by Powertap and worth noting for someone in the market for Power Race-able set of wheels.

60mm front and 70mm rear wheel. Race ready, with the proven G3 hub. They come in a clincher and tubular option. 1,420g tubular and 1,550 clincher. Here are a couple things that came to mind for me when I first started looking at this product. Sure the retail price is $3,499, but this is a super unique wheelset. First off you can get it in a carbon clincher. Second your getting a Powertap Factory race-able wheelset. Third, Powertap has never really gone into the deep rim technology which is so popular among triathletes. A 70mm rear wheel is a nice start to follow up the 60mm. Contact us for more information.

30mm front and 40mm rear. Super light for a Powertap Wheel, 1,355g tubular, 1,520g clincher. Again your getting a carbon clincher which is rare in the current market. Compare this wheelset to the Zipp 303 Firecrest Carbon Clincher. Retail $2725, 30mm front and rear, 1475g. So for $724 you get the addition of a G3 Hub, and a weight gains of a mere 45 grams. If you want a race-able Powertap Wheel, look no further.
