Congrats to Jeff Cuddeback and Darren Cox for doing incredibly well at Ironman Arizona, and qualifying for the Ironman World Championships in Kona, HI. Darren finished in an impressive 9:54:48. Jeff won his age group by 20 minutes with a finishing time of Fast and in doing so broke the current age group record. Jeff summed up the race with these few words, “Hot, windy, and mentally challenging.” Jeff and Darren were part of the January Hammer Camp that piled on some very beneficial training hours to help jump start their training for this race. Jeff will be equipped with some HED H3 wheels for the IronMan.

Frank Brummer has been representing The Cycling House by racing in the Mid-West nearly every weekend this spring and competing in back-to-back…to-back races on the same day! Here’s Frank lining up for the Tour of St. Louis Forest Park Crit, a race he took 2nd place in! Frank Trained at The Cycling House with a PowerTap unti provided by TCH. He also had a Garmin EDGE 705 while training for road races. Nice work Frank and keep up the good work.
