Our Story

We started The Cycling House in 2005 to provide cyclists a sunny home away from home in Tucson during the winter months. Born from a passion for exploring the world on two wheels, we’ve since expanded to include trips throughout the U.S.—including our home base of Montana and abroad in Spain and Italy. With a crew of passionate guides, incredibly good food, and an insiders’ knowledge of the world’s best cycling destinations, The Cycling House creates a vacation-style getaway that you can’t find anywhere else. We live by a “we take care of everything” attitude and a welcome-to-the-family vibe that is sure to re-light the fire in any cyclist.

I felt fully supported by the whole team of guides - I got what I wanted from my Spring Training Camp. Not only were they great ride leaders, the morning yoga and evening hikes were truly appreciated. The Chef really looked after me as a person who follows a vegan diet. He served up specially prepared amazing tasting food that he put a lot of thought and consideration into. I also love how connected TCH is to local food vendors. The routes were great again this year and it was a nice surprise to have a couple of changes on some familiar routes. The balance was also good - climbing Mt Lemmon then the flat lead-in to Gates Pass the next day felt good. I know this is weather dependent but I liked this balance this year.

Love these guys, loved the trip and our group was fantastic! The accommodations were excellent and the beds were outstanding. Two thumbs up for excellent beds! The food was all wonderful and the guides were awesome. Planning my next trip now :)

The experience was amazing, from the rides, the food, the B&B, the guides, the bike rental. I enjoyed all of the stops in the cities and towns. I liked that there were excursions after the rides. The stories and history told were great also. I would recommend the trip as is to anyone!
